Can I pick up an item in-store?

Certainly! Pick ups are by appointment only. We will reach out to schedule a time for pick up. Pick ups our partner store Evans located at Shop 50 Royal Arcade, 150 Elizabeth St, Melbourne CBD.

What is your shipping policy?

You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of your purchase - we will ask you to confirm the postal address.

All orders are shipped within 3–5 business days. We use trusted shipping carriers:

Shipping to Australia: Australia Post Express Service

Shipping Overseas: EMS Express Service

Can I track my shipment?

Yes. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we currently ship to NZ, USA, UK, Netherlands, Germany and Singapore.

Are customs duties included for international orders?

For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country will be the customer’s responsibility.

Is shipping insured?

Insurance is not included. Insurance can be added, at the customer's expense. Please contact us after your purchase to add insurance to your shipment.

How do I place an order?

Once you’ve found a piece you love, select “Add to Cart” and proceed to checkout. We offer a range of secure payment options, including Afterpay. You’ll receive an order confirmation via email shortly after your purchase.

Do you offer returns?

No, all sales are final. We do not offer returns for changes of mind. We strongly encourage viewing the product listing and reading condition report thoroughly.

You are also very welcome to come in-store to physically inspect your item before purchasing - please get in touch with us to make an appointment.

Can I view / try on a piece before buying?

Certainly! Viewings and try ons are strictly by appointment only as we operate out of our partner store in Melbourne CBD. Please contact us either via the website, or DM us on socials to schedule an appointment.

Are your pieces authentic?

Yes, every piece offered on our site undergoes a rigorous authentication process. Each item is physically examined by our team, with close attention to materials, construction, hardware, and overall craftsmanship. All pieces come with an Entrupy Certificate of Authenticity. For brands not supported by Entrupy, we utilise trusted third-party services such as LegitGrails to ensure the same level of verification.

What is the difference between pieces in the 'Preloved' and 'Effe x Evans Leather Repair'

Our Preloved pieces are offered in their original vintage condition. These pieces come with vintage charm and tell a story.

Our Effe x Evans Leather Repair pieces are carefully restored by the leather specialists at Evans Leather Repair. Through a considered refurbishment process, each piece is elevated in condition while maintaining its original character.

All restorative work is carried out with a commitment to honour the original design. We do not deviate from the original style, materials, or construction unless explicitly stated, ensuring the integrity of each piece is preserved.

Released in limited drops, these pieces are especially meaningful to us - offering rare vintage finds at their very best.

Effe does not offer repair servicing. All repairs are carried out through Evans Leather Repair. All bags purchased through Effe are eligible for 10% off repairs, regardless of the service.
